By placing Sexuality at the heart of our Spiritual Quest, this workshop creates a synergy between the path of Tantric Sexuality and the teachings of C.G.Jung by exploring how to root the refined awakening of our erotic body and our ecstatic potential onto the depths of our Unconscious World.

We will discover how to cultivate sensual intensity, access joyful erotic experiences, build sexual arousal, allow ourselves to surrender to the possibilities of female ejaculation, multiple orgasms and expanded states of consciousness that open us to touching that which is greater than ourselves.

The vulnerability of the heart is not an obstacle to our orgasmic potential: by integrating the qualities of our heart with the expression of our sexuality, we create a space that allows us to experience deeper and more fulfilling orgasms.

You will have the opportunity to deepen your sense of security by being present with your sensations in the moment, to set clear limits and to dare to ask for what you want with passion and creativity. Safety and exploration at your own pace will be the ingredients of this retreat, where all practices are propositions and never obligations.

To accompany this blossoming of our body and opening to its life force, we will also explore the dimensions of resistance within us and the indoctrinations and wounds that imprison our sense of pleasure.

The Unconscious acts in us independently of our Consciousness, and is its basis and origin. According to Carl Jung’s approach, we can befriend this vast Inner World and make it our ally. We will engage in dialogue with different archetypes of transformation: our Shadow, our Masculine and the Divine within us. This dialogue with the Inner World can be a constant support on our Tantric path, in overcoming our fears and deconstructing the anti-Life programs we have sometimes so deeply incorporated.

Together, our physical Body, the wondrous vehicle of our life force, and our Inner World, the evolving cosmic intelligence, bring forth a path to joy, natural health and connection with the Whole.

In practice, during this retreat you will be able to…

• Explore the anatomy of arousal and pleasure through different palettes of touch of the external and internal genitalia (vulva, clitoris, G-spot and A-spot), the possibility of ejaculation and the orgasmic potential of each zone alone or in combination.
• Learn to develop arousal and relaxation and surf between the two: explore the connection between breath and genital stimulation to diffuse the orgasmic state throughout the body, access multi-orgasmic states and drive the orgasmic reflex up the inner flute towards the crown.
• Practice the Art of Dialogue with the Inner World, open up to its symbolic language, its dreams, and explore the Jungian practice of Active Imagination to meet the « non-Self ». Learn to become the « Mistress of 2 Worlds », outer and inner.

Meditation, energetic and mind-body practices, de-armoring techniques, massage alone or with a partner, dance, verbal sharing, contemplation and rituals will be part of the experience.

Is this SkyWomen retreat for me?

This is a week-long immersion between women. It is recommended that you have taken at least one 2-3 day introductory workshop to Tantra, either mixed or among women, or an equivalent work on female sexuality. In the registration process, you will be contacted by one of our teachers to discuss whether this program is a good fit for you and if you feel ready for this journey.
