Cancellation Policy

The organization of our trainings and the management of registrations require us to incur certain costs (venue reservation, travel, materials, meals, operating expenses of the association, etc.). For this reason, we ask you to pay a deposit to confirm your registration. This deposit includes non-refundable administrative fees of €50 for 3-4 day events and €100 for 7-8 day events.

If for some reason you become unable to attend

If your cancellation occurs:

  • Up until 2 months prior to the workshop, you will get a refund for the deposit minus administrative fees of €50 for 3-4 day events and €100 for 7-8 day events. You may also use your deposit to reserve another workshop organized by our association, within one calendar year.
  • Less than 2 months and up to 2 weeks before the workshop, your deposit will NOT be refunded and will be retained in full. A credit will be offered, allowing you to use your deposit for another workshop organized by our association, within one calendar year.
  • Less than 2 weeks before the workshop, the deposit will be retained in full regardless of the circumstances. However, in the case of a justified force majeure (see description below), a credit may be offered, allowing you to use the deposit (excluding any non-recoverable costs – see description below) for another workshop organized by our association within a calendar year.

Any training that has begun is payable in full. No refunds are possible if you choose to leave at any time after the first day of the workshop.

Non-recoverable costs include administrative fees, bank charges, and deposits for accommodation, meals, and the workshop venue.

The following conditions will be accepted as cases of force majeure :

  • Documented severe illness of the participant.
  • Death or documented severe illness of a close family member.
  • Country of the participant closing its borders for the participant.
  • The country where the workshop is held closing its borders to the participants. This does not include issues related to entry visas.

The following conditions will NOT be accepted as cases of force majeure:

  • Cancellation of flights or other means of transportation,
  • Any other event not specified as a case of force majeure above.

Changes or cancellations of the training by the organiser

  • In the case of health issues or any other major unforeseen incidents, the organizer reserves the right to replace any of the facilitators, before or during the training, without any refunds to the participants.
  • If the organizer cancels the training due to a national crisis (e.g., health crisis, fire/evacuation in the region, etc.), a full refund will be issued minus any non-recoverable costs (see above).
  • If the organizer cancels the event for any other reason, a full refund will be issued.
  • The association will not be held financially liable for any expenses incurred by participants beyond their tuition, such as travel to and from the venue, accommodation before and after the training, etc.

By paying your deposit, you understand and accept these aggreements.
